How to determine whether the time log is inputable?
- Make sure time log is completed in pen and not pencil
- Time log should have no cross-outs
- Check that they added up the hours of service correctly for training, fundraising, and service hours
- One timelog per site agreement, per month
- Check that the member describes their member development hours, fundraising, and service hours and that they match what they said they would do on their site agreement and membership development plan
- Check the site supervisor signing the time log is the same site supervisor who signed their site agreement. The site supervisor must provide the date when signing.
- Make sure the member signs and dates the time log
- Make sure the member and site supervisor sign the time log no later than 30 days from the last day served on the time log.
NOTE: Any corrections on a time log should be initialed by the student member.
