Campus Partner Subcontracts/MOUs

It is recommended to send your program's Campus Partners Subcontracts or MOUs.

if there is an exchange of money, compacts generally send a subcontract expecting the Grants Office at the receiving university to provide the authorizing signature. This provides a more formal agreement.

If there is no money involved, an MOU is sent to the director level professional. S/he signs and mails it directly to the Compact office, not Compact's Host Institution Grants Office.
