Active Member Management
Campus SIS Coordinator/Member Communication
- Once members are enrolled, it is expected that Campus SIS Coordinators and members are in regular contact through one of the following: passing in of time logs, emails, phone calls, office meetings, reflection meetings, list serves, or other means.
- While members are responsible for their service, Campus SIS Coordinators should be available to answer questions and provide support for members and site supervisors.
- If a Campus SIS Coordinator has not had contact with a member in over 2 months, the Campus SIS coordinator should try to initiate contact with the member.
Active Slot Management
Campus SIS Coordinators and Campus Compacts are expected to use WBRS queries regularly in order to actively manage their slots. At least twice a month, WBRS queries should be done to determine:
- Members who have completed over 90% of their service (contact members to start their exit paperwork)
- Members who need to be exited because they completed 100% of service (contact member to get in their exit paperwork asap)
- Members who are about to be out of compliance [ex. over 30 days from completion date] (contact member to get in their exit paperwork asap)
- Members who are inactive and not doing service (please contact member)
